Join me in a 7 week journey that will deepen your understanding of the Chakras and restore the alignment of mind, body and spirit. Each week will focus on a different Chakra and come with a pdf guide, guided meditation and a yoga class. You will dive into your own chakra system and learn, feel, and understand how each chakra affects your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness.

YOGA 101 COURSE

The beginner program is a great way to start your yoga practice. This program teaches new students the fundamentals of yoga at home, at your pace! Students learn yoga postures, and relaxation techniques. The beginners program is taught in a sequential manner to help students build strength and flexibility. You will have lifetime access to the material. 

5 DAY JOURNAL + MEDITATION COURSE

This 5-Day Meditation and Journaling Journey is crafted to infuse mindfulness and self-reflection into your daily routine. During this mini-course, you will receive five different guided meditations, each under 10 minutes. Accompanying each meditation, you'll receive thought-provoking journal prompts to deepen your self-reflection.

5 DAY CHILL PILL CHALLENGE

This 5-Day Chill Pill Challenge will deepen your practice through gentle movement, yin, and restorative yoga. With classes set to playlists featuring Depeche Mode and others, you’ll be feeling incredible.

7 Day Crow Pose Challenge
