By focusing on core stability, hip flexibility, and hamstring mobility, this class helps prevent the lower back and hip pain and tension that can arise from prolonged standing or repetitive movement. This flow helps you recover and stay ready for your next gig. Comes with a Pop Punk Playlist!
DAY TWO:
In just 15 minutes, this class releases the muscle tension built up from standing, moshing, or dancing while helping soothe your nervous system and shift out of the adrenaline-fueled buzz of the show.
With gentle stretches and mindful breathing: you’ll ease into relaxation setting you up for a deep, restorative sleep so you can wake up ready to take on the next gig—or the next day. Comes with a Indie Playlist!
DAY THREE:
For regular concert goers, this 25-minute Feel-Good Flow is exactly what your body needs to recover. With a focus on hip-openers and soothing twists, this session helps release physical tension and promote flexibility in areas that often feel tight post-show. Perfect for post-concert recovery, this flow leaves you feeling relaxed and ready to take on your next festival adventure. Comes with an Emo Playlist!

Whether you’re preparing to dive into a night of music or settling down after a show, this bonus mediation is designed to both soothe pre-concert nerves or post-show overstimulation. This practice will guide you to a state of calm and relaxation.

Crystal Rose:
Hi! I’m Crystal Rose. An Elder Emo and a certified 500 hour Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Teacher. I have been practice yoga since 2004, the same year I started to go to Warped Tour. I started yoga for the physical benefits but quickly discovered the emotional and mental benefits.
As latina who has been practicing yoga and meditation and going to concerts for 20 years, I’m all about making yoga accessible to BIPOC, Queer and alterative misfits who may be scared away from trying it because they don’t fit the stereotypical mold for a yoga practitioner and want to listen to loud music while they move their bodies. This is why I started Health Goth Yoga.
Health Goth Yoga:
HGY is a a virtual studio that hosts yoga, fitness and meditation classes to the sound of alternative, punk, emo, goth and metal music. As a latina punk, Crystal wanted to make yoga more accessible to BIPOC and Alternative Folks who may be scared away from trying it because they don’t fit the stereotypical mold for a yoga practitioner.
HGY interweaves non-traditional movements and alternative music into a traditional asana practice that integrates the other limbs of yoga in an approachable manner. HGY also leads yoga retreats around the world, gathering like-minded adventure seeking weirdos to fun places to practice yoga, explore and create connections.
