What kind of yoga classes are included?
This program offers a wide range of yoga practices like Vinyasa, Power Flow, HIIT, Yin, and Restorative.
can i purchase specific week’s a la carte?
No, the program is only available in it’s entirety, individual week’s are not available to purchase on their own.
Are there Continuing Education Credits for YA?
Yes! This program can be used for continuing education credits for the Yoga Alliance with the purchase of an 8th week of the program. The 8th week contains a sequence where I explain the connection to the chakras throughout the class plus an extra guidebook with 8 sequences and 8 guided meditation prompts for your use in classes.
