Every Sunday starting on Sept 14th, you will gain access to the week's Introduction Video, Meditation and Guidebook in the platform. Every Tuesday Evening, there will be a live yoga class via zoom at 6:30pm and the replay will be available shortly after.

You can do the replays if you can't make class, but there's no outside drop ins. To attend any class, you have to sign up for the program by Sept 14th. The 3 Workshops will be available for drop in for $35 per workshop.

There's an extra fee of $75 and it comes an extra week. The 8th week contains a yoga class where I explain the connection to the chakras throughout the class plus an extra guidebook with 8 sequences and 8 guided meditation prompts as the 8th week.

It's up to you!
As little as an hour per week:
Weekly Classes are 45 minutes.
Weekly Meditations are under 15 minutes.
There's a weekly 20 minute introduction video and a guidebook with journal prompts.
I'd suggest attending the 45 minute yoga class once per week and also carving out 25 minutes for the meditation and journal prompts 2-3 each week.
